Reserve Plate 16: rose-red KD-LF block of six on 1863 (20 Jan.) envelope registered to Newport, tied by "859" numeral with Wellington despatch c.d.s. in corner and with manuscript "Registered" in red ink and the arrival c.d.s. on the reverse (the wax seal has been cut off). A clean and attractive cover paying postage 2d. and registration 4d. S.G. C13 (3)
