KD-KL strip of nine in a bright shade, most margins are good to large, touched or cut into KF-KK and KL, on 1843 (4 May) entire to Basingstoke cancelled by slightly smudged strikes of black Maltese Cross With Basingstoke arrival c.d.s. below, the reverse with Rugby despatch and London transit c.d.s.; a heavy vertical fold runs through the edge of KG and some peripheral wrinkling.
