In Red: 1849 (15 Jan.) printed entire to the Bishop of Norwich bearing plate 75, HB (margins generally good to very large but just cut into at top right) tied by a good strike of "478" of Lowestoft in a dull reddish colour, the reverse with Lowestoft despatch c.d.s. in the same colour and Norwich arrival in blue.
