Insured envelope for 260 francs, sent from Kolonjë to Grimmenstein, franked on reverse with 1fr. 50q. by three 1928 50q., each tied by Kolonjë c.d.s., showing between the stamps a very rare usage in this period of an Ottoman negative oval postmark in violet denoting registration; Brindisi (4.1.30), Udine (5.1) and arrival (7.1) c.d.s.’s alongside. Additional strike of the dispatch c.d.s. on obverse. A very rare usage of the Ottoman registration postmark in this rural and mountainous area. Michel 191.
