1917 (June 12). Cover from Durres to Vienna, franked with Austrian fiscal stamp for Albania 4h. rose in pair, tied by "K.u.K. Etappenpostamt/b/Durazzo (Durz)" c.d.s., showing "K.u.K. Feldbahnkompagnie 9" military unit marking in violet at left. A very rare usage of these fiscal stamps on mail.
