Part of cover from Vlorë to Constantinople, bearing on reverse 1913 "Beyiye" overprinted 10pa. emerald in horizontal pair, oily overprint, tied by first-type c.d.s.'s of Vlorë in violet, showing part of Galata and Constantinople postmarks alongside. Some gum spots at top not detracting. An extremely rare commercial usage. Signed A. Diena. Michel A12.
