Registered envelope from Vlorë to Copenhagen, Denmark, bearing 1913 1pi. ultramarine with overprint in red instead of black, in combination with Fourth Issue 1gr. black (black eagle), each tied by the "Vlonë" second-type c.d.s., repeated below, with a hand-designed framed registration marking at top left. The reverse with arrival (2.11) c.d.s. A very scarce mixed franking correctly paying the registered rate. Michel 7 (var), 20.
