(1pi.) black, cut to shape, slightly touched at top, on envelope (rough opening at right) from Elbasan addressed to the prominent figure of the Albanian National Awakening, Luigj Gurakuqi, at the Ministry of the Interior, tied by Elbasan c.d.s., with arrival c.d.s. on reverse applied 19 days later. Some ageing around the stamp. A very rare usage on non-philatelic mail, showing a very fine impression. Michel 2A.
