1913 (June 16). Cover with blue embossing of the Lloyd in Trieste with emblem with a crowned anchor (on reverse), sent from Vlorë via Trieste to Lindau, Germany, franked with Turkey 1909-11 20pa. rose and 1pi. ultramarine (Michel 161II & 162II), both tied by Vlonë first-type c.d.s. on departure in blue, repeated at left. A very rare cover bearing Ottoman stamps used by the new postal administration of the Provisional Government of Vlorë, which were already recognised by foreign postal administrations, used to avoid taxation on arrival during the period when the first two issues of Albania were still unknown or not yet recognised abroad.
