1913 (June 13). (1pi.) black handstamp cut to shape with ample, even outer margins, applied to a commercial envelope from Qukës to Peqin, tied by the corresponding c.d.s. on dispatch, with Elbasan transit and Peqin (14.6) arrival c.d.s. at right, all struck in violet. A very scarce usage of this handstamp cut out and used in the first issue, even more remarkable on commercial cover. Michel 1.
