Registered express commercial envelope from Durres (Durazzo) to Rome, franked by Durazzo 20pa. on 10c. rose, 1pi. on 25c. blue and 2pi. on 50c. violet, in combination with Italian Levant Express 1pi. on 25c. rose, tied by "Durazzo/Uff° Postale Italiano" square c.d.s.'s, with Naples transit and receiving d.s. on back. Envelope with some creasing and slight foxing along some perforations, of little significance. One of the earliest mails after the ICC (International Commission of Control) and a very rare registered express mail. Sassone 2, 4, 5; (Espressi) 1.
