1870 (March 4). Cover from Venice to Shkodër (Scutari), endorsed "Via Trieste-Col Valore Austriaco di Antivari", bearing Italy 1866 60c. (Sassone T21), tied by "196" dotted cancel with corresponding Vencie c.d.s. at left, Austrian "scutari d'albanie" small thimble c.d.s. in blue on March 11, and Turkey postage-due 1869 1pi. (Michel 12Aa) at lower left, used to cover the Antivari-Scutari inland carriage by horse courier, tied by "Iskodra/81" double circle in Arabic in blue. Struck in transit in Trieste on the reverse. A rare mixed franking including Italian, Austrian and ottoman administrations. Signed F. Zanetti.
