1864 (Feb. 10). Postal receipt for the payment of 100 piastres dated "29 Tesrin-i sani 1279", with superb strike of all Arabic negative "Postahane-i Iskodra 1278" circle with crescent half moon of Shköder (Iskodra), which was the second type introduced in 1862 (Coles & Walker fig. 2), into force until 1867. Probably the finest example of fewer than five covers recorded. Signed Nakri.
