Accompanying declaration (“Jurnal”) of three letters from Monastir (Bitola, Rumelia) to Shkodër (Iskodra) via Skopje (Uskub), showing partial Arabic negative handstamp "An-Canib Posta-i Iskodra 265” (“on behalf of the Shkodër Post Office in the year 1265 of the Hegira”) in black (Coles & Walker, fig. 1) and the negative seal of Monastir neatly struck (Coles & Walker, fig. 81). Rare.
