40(c.) damaged with 1895 (Mar.) wide letters, wide stamps 20(c.) black with borders on two sides and 1895 (Nov.) narrow letters, narrow stamps 5(c.) black with borders or parts thereof on two sides, all affixed to large piece marked "Certified that these Uganda Stamps were purchased by me in Uganda (Kampala) 1898 at the Government Post Office", signed by Major W.B.
