1914 (Sept.) Surcharged on German Colonial Issue
½d. on 3pf. (3) to 5/- on 5m. almost complete set with no "1 Shillings" stamp but including the rarer "1 Shilling" (S.G. 111) on a 1915 (26 Jan.) envelope from Apia, locally addressed and censored with the adhesive cancelled by despatch c.d.s. and showing on the front "passed by censor" handstamp. Envelope with a couple of archive folds not effecting the overall appearance. The "1 Shilling" very rare with only 35 issued and possible unique on cover. P.F. Certificate (1963).
