(2) and 3d. tied to long envelope sent Registered from Mpika to Glasgow, manuscript Mpika Registration 'N 439' in red; John Michael noted (1976): "the cover from A. Ingles at Mpika, sealed with his thumb print in red wax, to his mother", the envelope creased affecting the 3d. and ½d. pair and with heavy central filing fold, still an attractive cover
