1841-88 group of covers, letters and documents including 1841 entire sent localy bearing crowned 'ship letter/ cape of good hope' handstamp in black, 1853 entire letter to England with 'central post office/ cape town' handstamp in black, four further pre-stamp letters, Hope Seated covers (3) two bearing 6d. lilac- one with 6d. deep lilac to USA, and one bearing 4d. blue, two incoming covers (1879) and (1883) from England bearing surface printed 6d. and 6d. 6d. respectively, as well as a couple o Telegraph forms, a Deed of Transfer document etc. a good to fine and useful group
