George III (1760-1820), Second Issue, Bronzed Proof Penny, 1797, Soho, laureate and draped bust right, 11 leaves to wreath, rev. Britannia seated left, six incuse gunports to ship, edge plain, 28.19g, 6h (BMC [Peck] 1119; S.3777), some blemishes in the fields with minor stray surface marks and light wear on the highest points of the hair and drapery, otherwise with a smooth chocolate-brown patina, a pleasing extremely fine and accompanied by the original Boulton 'shells'
