Iron Age Britain, Catuvellauni, Cunobelin (AD 9-40), AV Stater, 'Plastic' Series, Camulodunum (Colchester), corn without central stalk, CA to left, MV to right, rev. horse right with pellet above head, pellet above and below the branch above, pellet and CVNO below, 5.445g [84.03grns], 2h (VA 2010-7; BMC 1813; Mack -; S.287; ABC 2789), superficial scratches and extraction scuffs, otherwise well-centred and deeply struck on a broad flan, boasting an exceptional horse and sharp lettering, almost extremely fine
