PAX OU TREC . 1713. in exergue, rev. the same three men, now fully dressed, throwing faeces at each other; the Englishman (saying FIE, WHAT IS THAT!); the Frenchman (saying: SANS REGARD); and the Dutchman, still smoking his pipe (saying: WAT! BEHAEGT U DAT?), DISCORDIA MAXIMA DILABVNTVR., DAT SOL IE HIER BEWISN .
