(x) NGC AU53 | William III, Solus (1694-1702), Half-Guinea, 1701, first laureate head right, rev. large crowned shields cruciform, six strings to shapely later harp, edge obliquely milled, 4.18g, 6h (MCE 196; Schneider II, 522; EGC 442 [Type D/7]; S.3468), softness through the hair and with some light contact and flecking marks, otherwise with lustre to a richly toned surfaces, good very fine, in NGC holder, graded AU53 (Cert. #8536703-002)
