Nepal, Tribhuvan Vira Vikrama Shah (1st reign, 1911-1950), copper 5-Paisa (24), VS 1976 (1919) - VS 1984 (1927), Obv. crossed Khukris within central circle, legend around, Śrī 5 Tribhuvana Vira Vikrama Sāha Deva (and date), Rev. trident and legend panch paisa (five paisa) within central circle, legend Śrī Pasupatīnātha/Nepāl around, edges plain (KM 690.1, 690.2), including two scarce specimens dated VS 1977 with inverted figures of date and several coins of other scarce dates, one 1979 struck on defective flan, one VS 1980 with excess metal to flan, fine to very fine; copper 2- Paisa (19), all recorded dates from VS 1976 (1919) - VS 1984 (1927); VS 1991, much as before, Rev. legend within inner circle reads dui paisa (two paisa), edges plain (KM 689.1, 689.2), one of the coins dated VS 1977 appears to have the date engraved over an inverted date, fine to very fine (43)
