Nepal, Jaya Mahindra Simha (1715-1722), Mohar (2), NS835, Obv. trident and legend in four lines, Śrī Śrī /Jaya/Mahīndra in central circle, one each of the eight Buddhist auspicious emblems (astamangala) in the eight petals which are attached to the inner circle, Rev. two horizontal lines, possibly representing two pseudo-Persian characters within central circle, sword with garland in centre and legend in three lines Simha/Deva/83, one syllable each of the legend: Nepāreśvara Girindra (Lord of Nepal, King of the Hills) in the eight petals which are attached to the circle, two different variants, 5.48g, 1h; 5.49g, 12h (RGV 303, 304; KM 225, - ), the first about extremely fine, the second struck from worn dies, good fine; and, Suki, NS 835, Obv. trident in centre between two horizontal lines representing pseudo-Persian letters and legend in three lines, Śrī 2 /Jaya/Mahīndra, four dots to left of syllable Ma, the syllable Ja is joined to upper horizontal line, Rev. conch in centre between two horizontal lines representing pseudo Persian letters and legend in three lines, Simha/Deva/835, 1.37g, 12h (RGV 306; KM 226 [previously 227]), previously mounted, about very fine; Suki, NS 838, Obv. trident in centre and legend in five lines Śrī 2 /Jaya/Mahī/ndra Sim/ha Deva, Rev. offering vase (bhumpa) with garland in centre, and legend in four lines, Śrī Ma /hīndra/ Lak ?mi/838, variety with three dots over syllable ndra on obv. and rev. three dots on each side of the vase´s garland, 1.36g, 12h (RGV 308; KM 226 [previously 227]), good very fine; and, Adhani, undated, Obv. sword with garland in centre and legend in two lines Śrī Ma/hīndra/, Rev. lion facing right and legend Deva below, 0.32g, 1h (RGV 311; KM 221), holed, very fine, rare (5)
