1933 (25 Mar.) certificate of the republic's P.O. bearing 15k. on 6k. orange yellow large numerals in combination with O.K.T.E. 5k. orange and O.K.T.E. 1k. brown cancelled by Kizil c.d.s. Some creasing including certificate previously folded, still quite fresh and scarce.
