1933 (25 Mar.) envelope from Kizil to Harbin bearing 15k. on 6k. orange yellow large numerals lower left corner horizontal pair, O.K.T.E. 5k. orange horizontal pair and O.K.T.E. 1k. brown with margin at foot cancelled by despatch c.d.s., the reverse with arrival (21.4) c.d.s. A horizontal fold not affecting the adhesives, still quite fresh and rare. The 15k. on 6k. listed but unpriced in the Scott catalogue. Photo
