1928 (27 Apr.) envelope registered from Kizil to Harbin bearing 28k. (slightly trimmed perfs by scissor at top left since origin) cancelled by despatch c.d.s. (Tchilinghirian Type 3) paying the correct rate for registered mail. Some light creasing, still quite fresh and rare.
