1927 (5 April) envelope from Kizil to Harbin via Minusinsk franked on the front with 2k. horizontal pair and on the reverse with 1k., 2k., 5k. and 8k. cancelled by despatch c.d.s. (Tchilinghirian Type 3) and showing transit Minusinsk (16.4) and arrival (2.5) c.d.s. Some ageing and toning not detracting from the importance of this rarity. Believed to be the only non-philatelic cover of the first issue cancelled by Type 3 c.d.s. Photo
