(4), 10r. used in Rangoon, Indian Telegraphs form piece with 2a. and 2r. upper halves tied by "prome 15-3-04" d.s., 1890-1904 upper halves 1a., 2a., 4a. (2), 8a. (2), 1r. (2), 2r. (2), 5r. and 10r. plus 2r. on 8a. all with "AKYAB" cancels. Civil Administration 1946 1a. to 10r. in blocks of four mint and as singles, 1954 1p. to 1k. the same, 1952 Official overprints on telegraph stamps the same. Chiefly fine.
