2/6d. mint range (24) including corner marginal dull reddish purple overprinted "specimen" (Type 22), issued shades with dull reddish purple (12 including horizontal pair), dark purple (8 including two marginal singles and one horizontal pair), pale reddish purple and unusual dry print in very pale purple; also two used blackish purple. A superb group of the shades, generally fine with one or two isolated faults, and a valuable group. Spec. £8,500+
