9d. slate-purple and pale ultramarine (an extremely deep shade of slate-purple) on chalk surfaced paper, block of four from the lower right corner of the sheet with date cut below the lower left stamp, mint; gum slightly disturbed and small wrinkle at top. Fine. Specialised M40 (2).
