5d. ordinary paper dull purple and ultramarine plate proof on buff paper with issued shades accross four singles and superb corner marginal block of four, slate-purple and ultramarine (3), two unmounted; also chalk surfaced paper specimen overprinted "specimen" (Type 17) and issued shades (12) including dull purple and ultramarine (7, one used) with 'pale dull-purple' and 'bright ultramarine' (OCP) with Hendon Certificate (2021), and slate purple and ultramarine (6). Generally large part original gum, though many unmounted mint. A fine selection. Spec. c.£2,000+
