RE, typical greyish-black shade, close to large margins all round, tied by a black Maltese Cross cancellation to entire letter to Cirencester with Chalford c.d.s. of 18 May 1841 alongside, dated markings and an u.d.c. on reverse; the entire a little stained and with some tears strengthened by tape. Rare. R.P.S. Certificate (1986)
