CK, good margins all round, cancelled by black Maltese Cross and affixed to 1841 (1 March) entire letter from Birmingham to Watford upon Avon; DH, good to very large margins (slight corner bend) tied by red Maltese Cross to 1840 (12 Dec.) entire letter from London to Sheffield; and PB, good to enormous margins, showing portion of the adjoining stamp at top, tied by superb black Maltese Cross to 1841 (Feb.) entire from Liverpool to Huddersfield. A fine trio, the latter most attractive.
