DK-DL horizontal pair, clear margins all round, tied by red Maltese Crosses to 1840 (16 June) entire from Glasgow to Edinburgh; the reverse with heptagonal Glasgow and circular Edinburgh d.s.; the pair with tiny (2mm.) scissor cut between impressions, possibly to aid separation. Fine and attractive.
