1866 10k. brown and blue perf. 14½x15 on horizontally laid paper, variety centre inverted cancelled by part of neat (Kibarty) Feb 1874 date stamp. Fresh colours and fairly well centred in comparison to the few other existing examples. A few faults including small tear at upper left, a missing perf at left and repaired upper right corner, not detracting from the overall appearance. Buchsbayew certificate (2025) A major rarity from Imperial Russia one of only 10 or so known examples of the 10k 1866 Center Inverted errors. Scott 23b, Michel 21xK, Yvert 21a. Photo
