NG-NI horizontal strip of three in deep shade, very large to close margins showing portions of the adjoining stamps at left and foot of the left stamp, just touched at far right, tied by red Maltese Crosses to 1840 (4 Dec.) entire letter (truncated) from London to Edinburgh. Of very fine appearing and a rare combination, very fine and rare.
