1837 (2 Dec.), entire letter from Dublin to Londonderry with fine octagonal "put.in.after/six.o'clock" and paid morning code datestamp, both in red and "Derry/Penny Post alongside; a closed tear on the reverse but fine and with fascinating contents regarding early dentistry ("....The Dentist put an India rubber tooth in my jaw. I find it does very well only it squeals a little if the meat is very tough...")
