"An Act for the further Regulation of the Duties on Postage until the Fifth Day of October one thousand eight hundred and forty; and 1859 (26 Aug.) pamphlet titled "By Command of the Postmaster-General. Notice to the Public. Coin and Bank Notes". An interesting trio.
