1892 (30 June), (28 Aug.) and (6 Dec.) envelopes with enclosures written by William Sitwell at Macloutsie to his mother in England, the first and last bearing British Bechuanaland 1891 6d., the other bearing 2d. and 4d., all tied by Macloutsie c.d.s., the first letter mentions the fraught relationship between the military and Reverend Moffat, and the last discuss an unhappy relationship with a fellow officer and a lond discourse on hunting wildebeest. Also two letters, (8 and 11 Sept.), the first about the failure of his brand new prismatic compass and describes how gunnery practice set fire to the veldt, the second discusses his corps and regiment. All with a typed transcript
