1947 (c.) registered cover bearing, on the reverse, 4tr. apple green tied by a fine strike of Nagartse type 2 postmark with a second strike alongside, manuscript registration on the address side; a second registered cover bears, on the reverse, 1tr. pair in scarlet-red, pair from setting 3 [8-9] tied by a fine strike of the Nagartse type 2 postmark, the manuscript registration is on the address side. This is a possible postal fraud using 1tr. value instead of 2tr. in a similar colour - both numeral "1" have been covered by the postmark. (2 covers). Photo
