1924 (c.) two commercial envelopes from Pelti with envelope to Lhasa bearing, on the reverse, 1/3 tr. indigo-blue tied by Gyantse type I postmark, the address side showing a very fine strike of Pelti type I postmark; the second envelope bears, on the reverse, pair of 1/6 tr. bright emerald tied by Gyantse type I postmark with the Pelti postmark alongside. Both covers with the device of Tuladhar Family trading company. Unusual double frankings. (2 covers)
