A 1920's group of covers from Lhasa with 1926 India 1a. stationery envelope to Gangtok cancelled Gyantse c.d.s., the reverse bearing 1/6 tr. apple green tied by Lhasa postmark with Gangtok arrival (24.4) alongside; native wrapper bearing 1/6 tr. emerald-green with sender's seal and part arrival postmark; 1925 (c.) envelope with manuscript registration bearing 2/3 tr. rose-carmine (mixed margins) tied by Lhasa postmark, the reverse with India Service 1a.
