1812 (Nov.) letter with the red dagger seal of King Girbanu, sent to the Newari traders in Tibet and translated in part as, "To Newari traders in Kuti, Shigatse and Lhasa, up till now you have had two captains in Lhasa ... last year they returned ... in their place we sent you only one Captain ... and now you say he is not enough for so many Newari traders ... so we now send and junior Captain", with the original cover. a scarce and interesting letter.
