Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Third and Fourth Issues, Tower (11), Sixpences (7), 1561, second crowned and draped bust left, rose behind, rev. square-topped shield over long cross fourchée, 2.68g, 8h, m.m pheon (S.2559), a scarcer bust variety, fine or marginally better; additionally, Third and Fourth Issues (6), 1569, similar but third bust, 2.85g, 4h, m.m. coronet; and, 1571, m.m. castle (2), 3.13g, 6h; another, as before, 2.58g, 2h (S.2562); additionally, 1573, 2.80g, 1h, m.m. ermine; and, 1574; 2.33g, 11h, m.m. eglantine; 1576, 3.05g, 8h, m.m. eglantine (North 1997; S.2563), fine to very fine or better; also, Threepences (2), 1569, as before, 1.40g, 7h, m.m. coronet; another, 1575, similar, 1.40g, 6h, m.m. acorn (North 1998; S.2566); and, Threehalfpence, 1575, as last, 0.68g, 8h, m.m. eglantine (North 2000; S.2569); lastly, Threefarthings, 1561, as last, 0.33g, 7h (North 2002; S.2571), the first and last very fine, the others fine or marginally better, all toned (11)
