Ireland, Henry VII (1485-1509), "Three Crowns" Coinage, Early Issues, Penny, c. 1485-1487, Dublin, [DOMI]NVS AN[G], Royal shield over long cross bottonée, rev. [DOMINVS HIBERN], three crowns in pale over cross with trefoil of pellets at ends, 0.42g, 3h (DF 185; S.6424), heavily clipped, otherwise lightly cabinet toned and with an highly unusual obverse legend proclaiming Henry VII as 'Lord of England' in error, struck details almost very fine, a noted rarity of the Anglo-Irish series
