Ireland, Henry III (1216-1272), Longcross Pennies, Dublin, 1251-1254 (5), Davi (2), HENRICVS REX III, ENR ligated, crowned facing bust, holding sceptre with pierced cinquefoil to right within double triangle, rev. DAVI ON DIVELIN, voided long cross pommée with central pellet, pellets in angles, 1.24g, 4h; another, similar, pellet-barred S, rev. DAVI ON DIVELI, 1.24g, 11h (S.6235), first double-struck on reverse, otherwise darkly toned, veru fine; second lightly toned, a pleasing very fine; also, Ricard (3), as first, rev. RICARD ON DIVE, AR and ND ligated, voided long cross pommée with central pellet, pellets in angles, 1.42g, 9h (S.6236), some crimping around 1-3 o'clock on obverse and with 'Colchester Hoard' tone, a pleasing very fine; as last, 1.46g, 4h (S.6236); another, as before, 1.45g, 2h (cf. S.6240), lightly toned, a pleasing very fine; the second, cruder and with crimping, approaching very fine (5)
