1914 "Victoria de Torreón" 1c.-50c., complete set unused, including 1c. and 10c. n.h., 50c. without gum, the rest being hinged. The 20c. with offset image of the overprint on the reverse (tiny nick in lower corner), the 2c. and 4c. with thin spots, and the 50c. affected by a slight scuff and iron-out crease. Only 100 20c. and 50 50c. were issued. 1970, 1980 MEPSI certificates for the 20c. and the 50c. Scott 362-368, $6,860.
