Monterrey, Jalapa Duo of registered fronts, one bearing 1874 "Hidalgos" 50c. Green and 100c. Carmine (#28-1874) dated September 16, 1875 from Monterrey to N. Laredo; the other with 1886 Large Numerals 25c. Lilac and 3c. Scarlet on judicial front dated August 18, 1888 from Jalacingo to Jalapa. Very rare registered mail as very few have survived (after two years, having been kept as proof of receipt, they must be destroyed by the post). Scott 110, 111, 183, 184
