1864 "Eagles"
Tampico 2r. yellow, 4th Period (#200-1865), margins tight but all around, slightly touching in places, tied to a maritime cover from Tampico to Veracruz, dated July 26, 1866, via British agency ship with British Tampico Paid JY 27-66. British crayon markings in orange (11) and blue (4) for British dues. Folds not affecting the stamp and some ink etching, not detracting from the beauty of this cover. Signed JK Bash. Scott 23.
